ONE IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER:
The amount of tiers are directly related to how many servings. If you
only need 25 servings- it won't make a three tiered cake! Styrofoam
dummy cakes can be used- but they take the same amount of time and
icing- so they cost almost as much as real cake!

* I don't charge a "wedding" cake premium for wedding cakes- but any cake that is "stacked" or "tiered"
costs more because it takes interior supports and more time and skill to accomplish.
