vary due to travel time, costs, and travel arrangements.

Basic Classes
Nacho Mamma's Cake!
(3 hour class)

Basic Sculpting.  Learn to create an
amazing life-like bag of Nacho chips.  
Chips are so realistic, you'll have
trouble telling them from the real
thing!!  

** Beginner Level class.  Can be done
without airbrushing, but airbrush is
recommended for most amazing results.

Basic Sculpting.  Learn to create an
amazing life-like bag of ruffled
chips.  Chips are so realistic, you'll
have trouble telling them from the
real thing!!  

** Beginner Level class.
** Basic Airbrushing skills and
airbrush needed to do this class.

Basic Sculpting.  Learn to create
an upright bucket cake. Learn how to
give it a "galvanized texture"
Make your own Isomalt beer bottle
and  techniques to make realistic
"cooler" ice and ice cubes.

** Beginner Level class.
** Can be done with or without
airbrush. Airbrush recommended for
better results.
Portrait Airbrushing on
Fondant/Gumpaste

Advanced Airbrushing:
Learn techniques to create exquisitely
detailed work using your airbrush. You
will the basics of Airbrush portraiture.

Basic Sculpting.  Learn to
create an incredible roasted
turkey cake *** iced in
BUTTERCREAM!!!!
